Neurobit Technologies Private Limited ("Neurobit"), the company that operates MedSathi, takes user grievances seriously. This page tells you how to raise a complaint, what to expect, and the timelines we follow under Indian law.
1. When to use this channel
Use this channel for:
- Data-related grievances under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — for example, if you believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully, or if a Data Principal request (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination) has not been honoured.
- Content- and platform-related grievances under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 — for example, if content on the platform infringes your rights or violates those rules.
- Service-related grievances under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 — for example, if a prescription was processed incorrectly, a refund is owed, or the Service did not function as represented.
2. How to raise a grievance
Write to admin@medsathi.ai with the subject line "Grievance". Please include:
- Your name, registered mobile number, and email address.
- The nature of the grievance (data, content, or service).
- Relevant facts, dates, screenshots, and any prior correspondence with us.
- The outcome you are seeking.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request — this protects you from impersonation.
3. Timelines we commit to

These commitments are aligned with Rule 3(2)(a) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
4. If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may:
- Approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDPA (once operational under §27 of the Act); or
- Approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; or
- Seek other remedies available to you under Indian law.
5. Grievance contact
Neurobit was incorporated on 18 May 2026. We are in the process of formally designating a named Grievance Officer; until that designation is made, grievances will be received and handled by the company leadership at the contact below. The name and direct contact details of the designated Grievance Officer will be published on this page as soon as the appointment is made.
